had not been jogging for very long le... so decided to go jogging today... felt very nice after like... like after the jog felt so free… haha… However release that my stamina drop... use to be able to jog 2 big around outside my place but round 1.5 round then felt tired and decide to walk back home... shall jog more often to keep fit and build up my stamina... haha.. hope to have the discipline to do that which I don’t think I have… haha =p
